The Villa
Anand is a large, elegant, privately owned villa with a superb swimming pool and lovely gardens. The villa overlooks a lush tropical landscape which leads down through palm trees to a beautiful palm fringed sandy beach. Anand has a fabulous master suite with a four poster bed, three further double bedrooms and one single; all of which have private facilities. There are large communal areas which have been filled with locally commissioned furniture and art works. To ensure you truly feel on holiday a daily maid sevice is included.
Goa

Location
Situated in a wonderful location in the Pernam district of North Goa, just 90 mins from the International airport. Anand has breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and yet is only a short 600m walk, or drive down through the palm trees to an idyllic beach. It is only 300 meters from the relaxed village of Mandrem, and close to the colourful village of Arambol. Arambol has an excellent range of cuisine and nightlife to suite all tastes; from a relaxing evening listening to acoustic music in a cafe to dance music. Inland, Mapusa is a vibrant market town easily visited by taxi or local bus.
Activities
You can chill by the pool enjoying the tranquillity of this wonderful setting, watching the wild peacocks and many other tropical birds that visit the garden. Or, if you prefer, wander down through the beautiful palm groves to a quiet unspoilt beach! If you have more energy go up the coast to the local villages for shopping, superb local or international cuisine and live music. Discover Goa’s rich cultural heritage and spend a day visiting Panjim. Experience the colourful markets, the grand churches of Old Goa or one of the ornate temple complexes. Enjoy a fascinating visit to a spice plantation, or spend a night on a luxurious rice boat gently winding its way up the Mandovi River to look at crocodiles. Treat yourself to a massage or Yoga session. Hire a surfboard, get kite-surfing lessons or paraglide over the lush tropical jungle!
